Van Canto — рок-группа из Германии, выступает в стиле пауэр-метал. Группа выступает с 2006 года и за это время выпустила 4 диска и 11 клипов. Официальный сайт на английском и немецком языках:

А чем собственно эта группа могла заинтересовать? А тем, что работает в жанре акапельного пения, то есть пения без музыкального сопровождения. Состав группы ударник и пять вокалистов, которые и заменяют все музыкальные инструменты своими голосами. Группа имеет в своем репертуаре много кавер-версий других исполнителей, например Iron Maiden («Fear of the dark») или  Nightwish («Wishmaster»).

Партии исполняются вживую, используются спецэффекты при сольных партиях, это гитарные эффекты имитирующие человеческий голос.
